Six years ago, when my wife, two-year-old daughter Lena and I arrived to live and work in the state farm "Íàðà", of course, we did not expect, that within a short time, we will have such a fine house in the new modern village. Yes, perhaps, no natives of Sofino village where the central manor of the state farm estate is located, did not suspect, that near the habitual wooden small houses and the several two-storied state farms, settlements would grow literally like mushrooms after a rain.

The biography of our settlement originated since 1978. Then, in the state farm "Íàðà", rural housing construction co-operative "Friendship" was organised.

Considerable privileges are given to its members. For example, our first deposit was made up of thirty percent from the total cost of apartment, and in the city, it is equal to forty percent. The maturity date of the credit is twenty year, that is, five years more than in the city. If those entering the co-operative society have worked in a state farm not less than ten years, the economy should repay the state credit up to twenty percent. However, this is not yet all. Side benefits are also essential: anyone who has worked in the state farm not less than five years is given gratuitous material aid at the rate of twenty five percent from the first deposit. Our neighbours - a family of a mechanic N.Shakurov, technician Z.Shirjaevoj and some other people have taken advantage of this opportunity. Besides, they received interest-free loan at a rate of fifty percent of the first deposit with repayment within fifteen years. The same privilege has also been given to us.

It is necessary to tell about the financial aspect of this matter. Often, many things depend on it. After all, the apartment which costs almost nineteen thousand roubles at first, seemed to us unattainable. However, due to the given privileges, everything became much easier.

For us, the big help is the adjoining farm. Conditions were created for its maintenance. We, for example, have a calf and two pigs. In the summer and in the autumn we always have fresh vegetables.

A good playground was constructed for our children. The playground is always noisy and lively in the winter and in the summer. And for the adults, a family club "Fir tree" was constructed. There, it is possible to rest after work, to watch the TV, play in draughts and chess or just to meet with friends. There is also a game room for children. Here works many groups. For example, my daughter Lena is in the dancing group. In addition, three-year Ales is in the remarkable children's garden-combine "Fairy tale". For us and for all workers of the state farm, the problems connected with whom to leave the child with, do not exist.

Co-operative building at the village is very necessary and important!
